Meet Cardi! This sweet girl enjoys a slow-paced life. She loves taking long, leisurely naps, but when awake, she will want to follow her person around the house, or play like a cat, chasing ribbons and feathers. On walks, she is not in a hurry to get anywhere and likes to take the time to stop and smell the flowers. When she feels an extra burst of energy, she loves to run around outside in the sun, but mostly she just wants companionship. Cardi was diagnosed with hydrocephalus which can cause seizures and requires a daily medication to help keep in check so she would do best in a quiet household where people are home the majority of the time and can keep an eye on her. She would probably enjoy a canine brother or sister as long as they were of a similar calm temperament-- she enjoys other dogs as long as they respect her space and she has also been fine around cats. Cardi has so much love to give to a family that understands her needs and limitations.
