Chief had been abandoned at the animal shelter by his owners, with multiple bite wounds. He had a rescue hero named Alexander who fought for him and brought him us here at 4Life Animal Rescue. He was a gentle soul who loved everyone, despite being betrayed by his humans in the past. We fought hard to find him the perfect forever home so that he could feel loved 4Life! But then he got sick...
We rallied to save him, with neurosurgeons and MRIs. We did everything we could. We did not want the world to lose such a beautiful soul, but we just couldn't save him. We can only be grateful to have been able to provide him a loving and comfortable home for his final days. Our lives will never be the same without him. We love you more than we can describe, Chief. You will forever be missed.
