Meet Diesel! A BEAUTIFUL, All American boy, born on the 4th of July! Diesel is all dog, a goofball, and full of fun. He’s been through a complete board and train program and knows SIT, STAY, COME, PLACE (where he can stay until given a release word), and knows how to WALK GREAT on LEASH. He's also CRATE TRAINED. Diesel loves to go on walks and to do things. He’d be great in a home who is looking for a dog who wants to get out and about. He’s even OFF LEASH TRAINED. Diesel LOVES to PLAY FETCH, go on CAR RIDES, and to hang with his humans. Poor Diesel has had a rocky past. Diesel lost his home because his human was going to die. We helped him get adopted, but the adopters later found that they are more suited to smaller dogs and feel that a better home for Diesel would make him happiest. Diesel has lived with dogs, but because he is a big boy, we are looking to place him in a home with medium to large dog(s), or if he’s an only dog, that’s OK too, but no cats! For Diesel, a cat is a play toy and a kitty wouldn’t appreciate his dog play. Diesel has attended many group play sessions with other trained dogs off leash in his training program. If you are ready for a great, big, handsome boy to take a road trip with or hit the town with, Diesel will be your buddy.
