Female / Spayed / Up to Date on Medical
Hello 2 legged friends! I’m Sadie. I’m a 2 year old spayed mini pitbull mix, that is looking for my new furever home. I am the sweetest girl you will ever meet! I love belly rubs, treats, comfy beds, blueberries (and a lot of other things most pups don’t like for snacks). I loveeeee being outside and sunbathing. I know how to sit, and shake ( I’m learning to spin around in a circle, but need a little work). I am potty trained, but have never been crate trained. I love my brothers and tiny sister. I get along best with males (cats/pups), and small female dogs. I respond best to male authority, and am a little shy at first until I trust you. I get along with everyone young and old. I will need lots of room to play and run. (My legs are short, but I’m very fast!) I was rescued by my mom from a Bakersfield Shelter about a year in a half ago; it was my second time being adopted, sadly my first family returned me and it left me very sad. Anyway, my mom rescued me for the second time, and for a while I got along great with my new family. (1 brother pit mix who is three years old, 2 sisters: a small chihuahua mix age unknown and boxer who is 7 years old, and my newest brother cat who is two years old!) I’m not sure why but my boxer sister and I don’t seem to get along anymore. My mom says it’s something about dominance issues. I don’t want trouble, but she picks on me and I had to defend myself a couple times. My parents have thought long and hard and decided this is no life for me. They want me to be happy in my home and not anxious or worried about my sister picking on me or us hurting each other, so that’s where you come in! Mom can’t imagine taking me back to a shelter for the third time! She’s trying her bestest to make sure I am happy and never ever ever go back to that place. So if you like what you see, I’m looking for a home that will give me lots and lots of patience and love. My mom thinks the people who rescued me first didn’t treat me well, because I have nightmares and will howl in my sleep. But if you just comfort me and tell me everything is okay, I go right back to my puppy dreams. If you think you’re the right home for me, we would love to hear from you!
