Handsome Stitch is a loveable ball of energy! He loves walks, hikes, enjoys going to the river bottom to cool off on a warm day & he loves chew toys. As you can see in some of his photos, he LOVES the great outdoors! He is a loyal companion and loves hanging with his humans, but does not really enjoy the company of other animals, so he would be best as the only dog in a loving home. He is leash-trained & does not react to other dogs barking at him when he goes out on walks-- he just doesn't enjoy sharing his personal space with them. He loves car rides! Stitch knows how to sit & give paw. He can play catch but needs work on releasing the ball sometimes. He is an active dog and has energy to burn so an active family that would allow him to participate in their activities would be ideal for him. Breed experience would be a plus.
